If the piercing is placed properly it shouldn't make a difference. The advantage people with a flabby belly have over toned people is that the needle goes through a lot easier because it's not hitting against any muscle groups so the piercing is over a lot quicker. Worst navel piercing ever - very toned Asian gym instructor - bent the needle. Good luck.

Well, it makes them look about twenty times more repulsive than if the person was fit. Very few people can make them look sexy.
