there are weird rashes that are kinda itchy on my penis

Yeah, it happens. Try not to itch it or rub it(take a masturbation break, it sucks, but, it will help) Try putting some cool water over it every one and a while. If it don't improve in about a week, suck it up and go to a doctor about it. It's embarrassing, but, it could be something worse than just a little rash. It more than likely isn't but, you never know.

Go to mayoclinic.com and click rashes and they will not only list every rash there could be but also show pictures of them.

It is rare but could be a yeast infection. OR if you touched any poison ivy and peed afterwards, you could have given it to your little or not so little member.

It could be a fungal infection (thrush). Get so0me canestan cream or spray from a pharmacy.
If that doesn't help See a doctor.
