Large areas of Northern Canada have never had a human set foot there. It is feasable that is also the case in Norther Russia, and in the Sahara and Australian outback.
In Washington State, there is an area on Hurricane Ridge that has never had humans explore.
Also, parts of the Congo and Amazon remain educated guesses on maps. No one is 100% sure where the Nile starts.
And of course, the bottom of the sea.

This almost seems like a trick question. If a place is unexplored it means no one has found it yet. If someone says yes then they know it's there and some exploring has been done just not in depth.

there remain many poorly explored or barely explored jungles, especially in South America. There are numerous unexplored caves, and the ocean depths come a long way from even their surface being scratched.

There are probably some parts of Antarctica where no one has travelled.

If you look hard, you could probably find a peak here and there in Alaska where you could claim first summit.
