I use denture cream (like Polident). It's messy, but works better than the stuff that comes with the teeth. Be sure to carry some napkins and dental floss when you want to take them out.

You can use denture cream for a daily use or you can go to a local costume store or arts and craft store to get a semi - permanent glue for the teeth. If you really want to have them stay put - you can contact your dentist for advice on the best adhesive to use. You don't want to use anything such as super glue, elmer's glue or any other type of craft glue unless it is specifically for in your mouth. You can find in many costume shops a product called dental putty. It is used specifically for that type of item. But it is only for daily use. So I guess it depends on how long you want the teeth to stay in. There are plenty of products for daily use - but again, for longer use, I would contact your dentist.
