1. Support of Hardware and the Desktop within a Network environment.
2. Ensure Connectivity support of all Standard/Bespoke software supplied by the Company.
3. Ensure all Software and Operating systems are current with all patches applied.
4. Upgrade any hardware requested within reason by the company.
5. Ensure that you comply with any Service Level Agreement (SLA) agreed by the company.
6. Ensure that that any work carried out is in line with any security policy. i.e File security, network access to the appropriate area's and that all Server/Workstation meet the required standard.
