Well, until he is divorced, he is still married. I would let him know how frustrated you are about her, and that you believe that she will be too big a part of his life until they are really divorced. Maybe backing off until the paperwork is done might help.
After the fact, if she continues to interfere, then you can tell her that you will not allow her to harass you and you will file suit against her.
She will always be a part of his life since they have kids together, but right now, don't forget that she is his wife and she might still think that she can manipulate him back into her arms by preventing him to be happy with you. A finalized divorce might give her a dose of the reality that it is actually over.

Yeah, at this point, just step back and let the courts and military do their thing. The court will make sure he gets to see his kids, and the military will make sure she gets the money the court decides she should have. The court system does NOT tie money and visitation together. Every parent is entitled to see his child, even if he is behind in support, (which the military won't allow), or has a new girlfriend. So sit back and relax. Things will smooth out soon

There is nothing you can do and in fact nothing you should even attempt to do. This is a problem between him and his wife. Do not get involved. After all, they are still legally married, and the military takes a dim view of married servicemember's lovers creating scenes with still-spouses. Bide your time.

Lay low and let him solve his personal issues first.
If you pester him too much, he might find you a bother and realise that maybe divorcing his wife and getting back with you is too much of a hassle.
I hope everything works out for you. Good luck. (:

try and support your boyfriend as much as possible. the wife is only doing that because she still wants to be with him but if the court orders him to see his chid then she will have no choice but if you really love him then let him know that you really care and support him
