ok i think my bridge is out of ajustment on my electric gutar after i painted it. does any one know how high to ajust them or where there "sposto be" ajusted?????

Just high enough to stop the strings buzzing, which depends on what strings you like, how hard you play and the quality of your frets. You then have to adjust the horizontal screws to move the bridge saddles outwards until the extra distance exactly balances the increase in sting tension when you press it down to the frets, to make it play in tune

The bridge should be adjusted according to your own preference, but don't set it so low that you get "fret buzz". There are specifications for adjusting the bridge height, but they vary because guitars aren't all the same, especially the neck radius.

As long as the strings do not buzz on the frets, I keep it as low as possible for ease of playing.
