Almost any hotel in Madrid catering to English would have them. Avoid room service, the chips don't stand the trip. Out in the world, fish is very easy to find and chips can also be ordered also, often with a uniquely Spanish sauce on the side.

Why on earth would you want to go in a chippy with all that Spanish cuisine about? Might as well stay at home.Get some tapas down yer,better than any fish and chip meal
