How can you tell if a perfume is fake or the real thing? Is there something your supposed to look for on the bottle or on the cover...cuz I just dont know anymore, there's all kinda of perfumes that say all kind of things " Eau de Toilette" and Eau de Perfume" and I dont know what.............plz help. tnx

Perfume is the pure oil. If the manufacturer mixes it with water and/or alcohol then it is Eau de Toilette, Eau de Perfume or Cologne. If you are buying from a reputable store and it has the real copywrited name from the real manufacturer then it is real.

Well , use the tester on ur hand & wait for 10 min if the smell is the same again then its original , if it changes or becomes less then its fake.

If you peel off the label and the bottle says, "Glade Floral Scent", it is probably fake.

smell of alcohol is dead giveaway of cheap perfume
