I like some of the early Beastie Boys stuff...they started out more of a punk band, but incorporated rap more and more...plus, Kerry King of Slayer did some guitar work for them.

Anthrax and Public Enemy did a great rendition of Bring the Noise.

Rage Against the Machine has a high rating in my book, too.
