one very important rule in life - never trust anyone but yourself would it be at work and family - personal etc.....all of us are just humans although not all people are like that but why care what people say about you? you should know what's right and wrong - black and white.......

at the beginning, i would really feel sad and down and I want to die. But later on, as you try to reflect on things more deeply and on your own, you will see something that you couldn't see before. You have to cool down first. Then, take some time to relax and pamper yourself.
You will feel better. Think again. Are those things so important? You are you. What people say and do cannot change the truth. Why bother yourself with what others have to think and say? You will live a better life if you just forget about them.

its like watching movies where you are in hell, and there's just no way out. I would change, my attitude would be somewhat apathy, i would want to just stay in bed and dreams
i wish i would be different
boy, now i am feeling lucky that i have my friends and family here with me
there is this saying i really like:
cherish your friends and family as if your live depends on it, because it does

more resolved, because I'm made of concrete and steel, only once did a shell penetrate my emotional armor, I was having a fight with my wife, she told me that I was ugly, that's been told to me before, it's just that when I heard "HER" say it, it really punched right through my armor, and hit me in the heart. It bothered me for a few days because we've known each other for a long long time, had fights before, and I would never ever say that to the woman I love, it left a mark for sure !

Well it happens , happens all the time - atleast to me .. it did take place .. i know it feels bad .. you feel like a looser and lost ..
But remind yourself YOU ARE SPECIAL AND UNIQUE THE WAY YOU ARE AND PEOPLE SHOULD RESPECT U FOR WHAT U R .. U know what u r thats enough ! First RESPECT Yourself ... do your duty and rest of the things will follow! Dont give up hope and know what you are .. .thats about it !

If you treat people how they treat you, you would not care if they trusted you or not, because if they turn on you then they were not you friend indeed. I call them friends in need.

I couldn't feel as bad on myself of who I'm but the consideration who I become ? will be forcing me where I'm with myself and critically look on myself to fix it my behavior.
