after turn off my computer, most of the time i have the pull out the plug for at least a few minutes before i restart it. and before i can really get in, i have to reset the cmos setup. it is anoying. do you guys know what it is wrong with my pc? any solution to it? your answer would be highly appreciated.

It might help if you post more info about what happens if you try to start it up without doing the unplugging bit.

The fact that your CMOS needs to be reset each time might be related to your unplugging it, not the problem causing you to need to do so. Try replacing the little watch battery on your motherboard. That should help with the CMOS problem.

As far as the unplugging - I think more info is needed to diagnose it.

turn off...turn on while doing so hit f8..this will safe mode
when you reach this point work your mouse to no
set back your date as far as allow ...may delete files but this will bring your computer back...once done may ask for a re start and your computer should be defragged ...I hope I explained that right

It is the problem with your system SMPS. Replacing a NEW SMPS solves your problem, i too have a system which does the same...
