i work very hard, exercise and eat healthy all day, but when 8pm rolls around i feel i like i'm starving all i want todois eat until i go to sleep.
pizza , snacks, chips, ice cream,and ect.
why do i do that to mself , i eat healthy all day cook healy and work really hard to be healthy my willpower is strong,, but when night falls i ruin it. why?.....
i don't think i will ever lose this weight.

Find out what's missing, why you require comfort foods at night. If you feel you are starving during the day, you will eat more. Try to find a balance, don't starve yourself through the day...there must be balance.

Let me ask you this: do you watch TV at home? This compulsive consumption is, in my experience, normal. If you are watching TV at 8pm then you might want to consider an alternative, or just getting an ellipitical or other exercise equipment and gently exercise as you watch to eliminate the snacking.

Remember that junk food is often engineered specifically to override your self control through taste, dyes and perfumes; it can addict you and if this addiction is generally paired with sensual input such as TV watching then that becomes a trigger for the compulsive eating.

This can be accentuated by the fact that the body ceases production of certain chemicals when the sun goes down, and this produces sleepiness. So regardless of the TV connection, this is happening when biologically your mental defenses go down.

Awareness of these issues is the biggest step toward conquering it. If you are under the care of a doctor, dietician or nutritionalist you may want to consult with him or her regarding any behavioral or environmental associations you notice in conjunction with a lack of self-control. Our bodies are not well adapted to our modern mode of living, and we often need additional support to counter the environmental pressures we face.

Well, it is obvious to me that at nite time you must get lonely (after dark that is the lonely time)there is some insecurity there possibly,...what is needed here is some prayer at the time of breaking down,...ask jesus for strength everytime you get the urge until it is over and you keep doing it until you have conquered,...it might help for you to visualize yourself having self control as much as possible because what ever you think about the most has the most power......and tell your self that it is ok to snack at night time so that it won't be a rebellious thing that you are trying to prove freedom of.

It is probably the habit you have gotten yourself into. Eat lightly at night. Be careful about what you eat. Find something else do do with your spare time to get your mind off of eating .Change your life style a little.

It seems to me that you are either a Vampire (they feed by night) or you are sublimating sex and companionship for food. My advice: get a sexy girlfriend/boyfriend (as the case may be)and you will forget about those misguided cravings. Good luck!

just tell yourself not to eat, go to sleep early, or keep your mind on work or some other activity. or maybe your a werewolf...
