What is best city/place in India to reside? Why?

Um there is nowere "nice" or best place to live India. No offense if your indian, but it's like a big slumpy dump in India and it's a 3rd world country. WHY would you want to live there?

Right between Rajdanjawali and Purwalidharramabejunil in Calcutta's Dahriwalipithi District, there is a chalk-marked box on the sidewalk. The person who lived on that piece of pavement died of starvation; so no one wants to live there. However, if you can forget about the person wasting away, the view is terrific.
