do you know why the computer keeps restarting ? turn on the restore function if using windows ...start - control panel - system - then system restore .....then when it tries to restart this time it should give a series of codes .....which will give an indication of your problem .... it may be one of several reasons why your computer is doing this ....virus - overheating ....psu ....faulty system ....

You don't say what brand of computer you own,Hewlet Packard has a built in system recovery program besides the system restore that comes with windows XP. First you have to try and fix the problem using windows xp system restore,if that doesn't work, than you try system recovery if you have an HP computer, and last you can call up your computer's brand office and they will send you a set of windows XP since they have a record of your computer and operating system, but it will cost you a fee for the cd's

You Got A Virus. When You Turn Your CPU On, Keep Pressing F8 And F11 And Start It In Safe Mode. Then Root Out The Virus, And Erase It. Norton Would Really Help If You Have It

Here's an option: find a filesharing service ( http://www.emule-project.net ), download an XP installation disc iso file, and burn it onto a CD. As long as you use the activation serial number on your computer case, I'm sure it's not illegal.

(Since you're posting here, I assume you have a backup computer to use for the download and burn.)
