How old are you? If you're past 21 then there is perhaps no way to do that unless through surgery. But if you are a maturing teen, I've read that Zinc mineral helps with the development of sex organs whih is usually found in shellfish...

If there is any hair already there and you just want to thicken it up, try shaving it with a razor. This makes hair grow back thicker and coarser. If there is nothing there try changing your diet to green leafy vegetables. This promotes healthy hair growth.
