i know its a woman, a witch like figure, who rides a broomstick and gives coal to bad kids. learnt about her in primary school italian classes, i've been racking my brain for the answer so any help is apreciated, thanks.

Babbo Natale, I think, if I correctly remember the Italian soundtrack to The Nightmare Before Christmas.

That's a male Santa, though. I don't know what this witch version is.
