I totally agree with you. The concept of "luck" is the major superstition in Western culture. (By "superstition" I mean something that is believed in without evidence or in the face of contrary evidence.) There is a law of cause and effect. In our culture it is half-known to exist as shown by such phrases as "what goes round comes round", "you reap what you sow", and "you make your own luck". Some of us know this law by the Sanskrit word for "action", which is "karma". The basic rule is that you create the world you live in, and every thought word and deed is part of this process. If you feel you are suffering from "bad luck", you can begin to change it by positive thinking, giving love, turning to God, and doing good. "Everything in your future will improve if you are making a spiritual effort now" says one Guru.

If you think of "Luck" as a predetermined cosmic gift or curse bestowed as a result of your character or likeability, then no. If you consider "luck" as completely random, then yes. And I find that the harder I work, the more good luck I have, just as saying mean things or spreading gossip causes bad luck.

Bad circumstances and good circumstances at different times and for different lengths of time certainly exist as a fact of life for every person in the planet.
You may call them good times or bad, bad moments or good, or as some superstitious people "good luck moments" or "bad luck" moments, but they exist. What does not exist, for most scientists and rational people, is a connection
between supernatural, destiny, divination, charms, magic, etc. with daily events. Causality happens because it happens, not because you have good, bad or indifferent luck.

I dont consider the matters you might have stated carry "dangerous good fortune", however i consider the way in which our existence come to a decision how and what's gonna occur. I consider the individual who is deceptive, a liar and a gossipy cheat gets their come uppance in the future. They will positioned this right down to dangerous good fortune, however no they're getting pay again time, personally.

I believe in positive and negative feelings/intuitions. that's what i have, I can sense certain things amaizingly so but when it happens I don't think it's luck. it's that it's meant to be and i've sensed it coming my way.

LOL, ummm, no.

When something good happens, something good happens, when something bad happens, something bad happens.

You could call it luck, or you could just call it life. *winks*
