Instead of trying to rely online for finding the information you would like, I strongly would suggest using a travel agent. There are cruise lines that have formal nights yes, but alternatives if you prefer not to do these nights. As to where online you will have to search pretty deep to find this info.

Plus which cruise is right for you, might not for another. This to is a good reason to work with an agent we ask you a few questions to try and determine then which cruise we feel will make you most happy.

Just a note though that starting Jan 8th 2007 you will need a passport for Caribbean travel. They are pretty backed up right now with applications so if you have one great, if not try not to wait to long to apply for one.
