I know I am showing my age here...but about 20/25 years ago there was a childrens programme set in space, the groups of children had to answer questions whilst going around the space station. At the end they were on a lattice like feature and if they stepped on the wrong one they were sent to a bus stop in space!!!
I also seem to remember a plant that shivered.....
Please tell me someone else remembers it!!
What was it called???

It was called The Adventure Game and the children had to collect tokens called something like Draygots. Do you remember the old man with the ear trumpet? At the end there was like a vortex stood on the lattice grid and it moved then the children moved and if they got on the vortex's grid it was off to the bus stop for them. I loved that programme and once tried to explain it to my husband who thought that I had gone mad. It was like the first kids version of The Crystal Maze! Bring it back!!!

I remember the show, or I think I do. A black woman sat at a space ship looking control panel, a mechanical sounding voice would come on and set the stage for the question, and the black woman would ask it and announce whether the answer given was correct. The woman has been in a number of TV shows. If you can think of one of them, you can get her name and then her screen credits. What's really obvious, though, is that I can't remember the name of the program either. Good luck.

Sadly I'd stopped watching children's TV by then - showing my age now!!

I remember shows like "The Tomorrow People" and "Grange Hill" when 'Martin Fowler' was a first year student in it!!
