No, its called rejection. Yeah, rejection isn't fun but at least you know what the answer is now. Ah, unrequited love...that ain't fun.
Really, finding love at the workplace can be awkward especially when you are there and they see you everyday. I would try to avoid this in the future. Look at it this way, it could be worse, you could date and then breakup and have to see that person with other people at work....I would just find someone I don't work with ...just to stay clear...bruised ego?...hey suck it up it comes with rejection whether for guys or grls .....(here's a ego band-aid and a kiss)
