I have a green tree frog pet and i want to hold it but i am not sure if they give you warts or not can you help me?

No, frogs don't have warts. Toads have warts, but they can't give you warts either. That is just an old wive's tale! Warts are caused by a virus and you get it from other people. Toads do however, secrete a poison, so you should wash your hands after handling them. If a pet eats a toad, the pet will become sick and might die.

No. Frogs and toads do not give people warts. It is an old wives tale.
Also, you shouldn't be handling a tree frog either. Frogs have delicate skin that can be easily torn during handling and their skin will absorb harmful chemicals off from your skin (i.e. like soap) and into their bodies.
Green tree frogs make great pets to watch.

You can tell if something is a wart because if it is it has no lines going through it they also aren't white
