im goin to buy a ps or a xbox so please help.

Well, there will be those that say that the PS3 will be better, there are those that say the Xbox 360 will be better.
It's basically 6 of one, and a half dozen of the other - it depends upon whom you believe. So far, I don't believe they've gone head to head yet - mainly since the PS3 keeps on getting pushed back.
Price, on the other hand, is something to consider.
The "cheap" version of the PS3 is going to cost $499. The premium version will cost $599.
Contrast that with the $299 & $399 for the Xbox 360.
On top of that is the cost of the games. It's rumored that the PS3 games are going to cost between $59 and $99 - that's for one game. By contrast, the majority of games for the 360 seem to be in the $39 to $49 range, with a couple as high as $59.
So, in other words, you could get a "premium" 360 and two games for what just the base PS3 would cost you. Three games if you were picky about what you bought.
Also, the 360 has been out for several months, they've had a chance to work out the kinks and problems. You'll have to wait the same amount of time to get to that point with the PS3.
Personally, I'd suggest the 360 - but a lot of that has to do with the fact that I think it's ridiculous to charge $599 for a game console.

its better , but buying an xbox 360 will be a better value . first of all ps3 will be extremely expensive second only xbox 360 will be able to play halo 3 which is one of the best games ever made third xbox 360 is alot cheaper than ps3
but i think i might choose the wii , or maybe xbox 360

this is all basically opinion. 360's are genereally concentrated extra in direction of jsut the hardcore gamer with titles like gears of war. It does not placed various of an emphasis on multimedia. The ps3, at the same time as no longer the maximum popular in terms of video games is able to somethings that the 360 isn't case in point the blu ray participant. all of it comes all the way down to what you would be utilising it for.

Xbox 360. Although they are gonna be basically the same, the ps3 games have to be in the blue-ray format and a lot of popular game makers arent going to go through the trouble of changing the format of their games.

Maybe, and the reason they decided to put it on Blu Ray discs that can hold 50 + GBs doesnt mean massive games, its because the PS3 is a true Hi Def system, and Hi Def uses alot more space in one disc.

Ps3 is better, cuz I read on a magazine that the Ps3 graphics are 5 times better than the xbox's!!

YES
it has better graphics, Blue Ray discs (53 GB of stuff on one disc which = massive games), FREE Web Browser, Online Chat, FREE online gaming, HDMI output, up to 60GB hard drive, cool music visualizers, cool photoslideshows, up to 7 players, and I'm sure more cool stuff i've forgotton. But if you are strapped on cash 360 isn't bad. But the Ps3 is better.

I would recommend the PS3 because of the graphics and the variety of games PlayStation's have.

only reason i say ps3 is better is cuz of metal gear solid 4 that game is a must-get

i think the 360 is better base solely on the fact that i saw a guy willing to trade his car for one.
