Actually NO...
It cannot... If anything it will get bigger over time... The Penis is composed of three compartments that inflate like a sponge.
Blood blows these areas up and over time the stretch.
Slowly over time it becomes fatter and even a bit longer. They even have excersises called (Jelqing) or something like that that is key in the goal of getting a bigger penis size...
Keep in mind however that penis size can only be altered so far. However, the question was; "Would it shrink"
Well, yes.. Only after your done ! Otherwise "NO" it will not make it smaller or anyhting like that. The more you use it the better though...
Some people do it 12 to 14 times a day... Mostly teens...
Older people maybe only 4 times a day...
Retired people maybe 1 time in a few days....
Everyone is different. I'm 45 and I'm down to 4 per 24 hour period. And every so often I skip a day or even two...

no but if he does it a lot he wont have as much interest in doing it with you and then he wont get as hard so it seems smaller,

well, i'm not entirely sure, but i hope it doesnt. i really hope it doesnt cuz i am a guy and i do that and i hope it dont make me smaller. it hasnt so far so i dont think it will.
