There are several - - - often it is simply a hotel suite in amodest hotel in acity such as Los Angeles or New York - - - a 'suspect' or two kept under tight supervision for a few days or weeks before being hustled through the system. Rumours circulate about a full time prison, an underground bunker, in the Blue Ridge Mountains on the border between Virginia and North Carolina.

LOLLOL.....dude!.....Think about what you are asking and to whom you are asking it. Who were you hoping to get an answer from? First of all, why do you think there is a secret prison? Who do you think is in there? Why would the CIA need a secret prison? ..........by the way, I know where it is, but if I told you, I'd have to kill you. One more thing, if anyone knew the approximate location, then everyone would know the exact location. Think about that.

Your mind.
If someone knows, knows it is a secret, and tells then they are committing a crime of treason against the US in a time of war. They can legally be charged, and imprisoned for it.
The people in custody in those prisons are very persistent, very brutal murderous humans. Think about the limited funds of the cia, the limited human resources, and the very strong need to act only in ways that win the war on terror. If someone doesnt have a good reason for being there, strong intelligence and all, then its a waste of very limited time, money, and manpower to keep them there.
There are no "secret" prisons. They are known. If it was a secret, you wouldnt know about it. If you know about it, its not a secret anymore. If they exist, someone knows about them, several someones, and therefore the prisons are not secret to them either.

There are a number of prisons out of the country.Zimbabwe, South Africa, Cuba, N Korea, Canada all have one. In the USA there is one in Washington as well as in Arizona. Ther are also a number of holding cells for detained people who will be in custody for no more than 6 months. Good luck.
