my Biology textbook taught me that human can only be male or female! Male has penis and female has Vagina! But some gay people say the sexuality is a spectrum and there are infinite degrees of sexuality in between male and female, should our Biology textbooks be rewritten?

While you have an issue, you can not blame biologists for a schism in psychology. The biology books are written to identify two sexual units capable of reproduction...in paramecium there are many sexes...but we don't know the psychological foundations of their conjugations and bliss. Biology is the science of living things, not the pyschology and the philosophy...you are confusing the three sciences and in medicine we even confound the matter more by classifying androgenous people and gamogamy by their hormonal functions. You should understand what you criticize before you begin to write and understand the underlying issues rather than to flaunt your vocabulary with penis and vagina...

You need to learn some more biology before you get so reactive about it. Sexuality (sexual preference) and gender (identification with traits or characteristics of a certain sex) are two different things. And even different from those, is sex (actually being male or female physically or genetically, depending on how you define it).
