My husband will kill me for this but you don't know who he is so, here goes nothing...
When he is not stimulated my husbands penis is quite small, like only 1" (not measuring the balls) but when erect it grows to about 7". I like this and so does he because it doesn't get in the way until it's needed. Hope this helped.

are you asking women or men themselves? as a guy, i would say 8 x 5.5 would be the perfect size.
