I presume that all of these questions are related to the Government of the United States. If so, the requirements for all offices can be found in the U.S. Constitution.

The Constitution states no qualifications (either age, citizenship, education) whatsoever for members of the judiciary. The Framers figured the requirement that judges be nominated by the president and confirmed by a majority of the Senate would ensure that only qualified folks became judges. There is no term limit for Federal judges. Note that almost all states do have limits to how long a person can remain on the bench. Most foreign nations do as well.

Each U.S. state has its own requirements for office holders. Consult the state's constitution for details. Or go to the website for the government branch of office in question, it'll probably have a page giving people information about the office and the qualifications thereof.
