I suppose everyone thinks it is a person without a house.

Let me tell you something my friend. There are very few "homes" today. There are millions of people with houses and no "homes".

I had a friend go to the Bank and get a Home loan. The Banker ask them, You need a loan for a home? They said. No. We have a "home", We need a "house" to put it in.

.There are millions of families in a house that are "Homeless".

It's a word that conjures up many images. It's easy to describe a homeless person as a dirty bum, and while there are quite a few lazy bums out there leeching off society, others simply are down on their luck and want to fight their way back to the top. Some choose this life to "live off the grid." If someone is down on their luck, I understand, it can happen to anyone... they just don't need to give up. If someone wants to live away from society, that's fine... but if they're not contributing, they shouldn't expect government handouts. But if someone's just lazy and wants to be taken care of without working, the hell with them.

Someone who needs God in their life.
A person who has endured so much in his life that he has given up. Someone who would rather sleep on a cardboard box than try to help himself. I also think it's pretty sad that people won't even give them a second look. They treat animals better than homeless people and that's really sad.

for all those who say dirty....imagine camping for you entire life, but in the city....how clean would YOU be. I see a person, I say hello, I dont say "here's a sandwich or a quarter get out of here", because they are real people who are awesome if you give them a chance (alot of the time, it's bad to generalize)
