First of all, you aren't going to get the "best" if you want to go "cheap".
Alienware is among the best, but they are extremely expensive, and I think overpriced.
Go to Dell and put in the specs of what you need for a gaing computer, do research on the brands of component, and see what price you come up with there.
O figure out what you need then go look at computer and see what comes closest to your wish list for the price yuou can pay.

Depend on what game you are going to play. For game like Minesweeper, any laptop is fine. But for running graphic intense game, you will need something like Dell Inspiron XPS Extreme Edition or Acer Aspire 2020
