use the sodium testing experiment... this experiment saturates sodium from, one human eye could not see.. to bulk particle sizes one can see... in the medium water. this same expt. is used in water refilling stations to show how dirty and mineral saturated tap water is compared to distilled ones.. you only need a sodium tester and water samples... distilled and tap water are prefered... this expt. won our hi school investigatory project in chemistry for proving our drinking fountain was very dirty... youll see stains ,muddy texture and brown discoloration in the tap water once tested.. and it only last about 20-60s.... results are quick!

Also, during the spring time, when the plants are budding and it seems the oxygen levels are up, they go through a 2-3 week period where they kinda act crazy too. try that. its simple, but its complex.
