Why don't you tell them both.Maybe not at the same time,but maybe the one you feel more comfortable with first,and then have them be with you when you tell the other one as moral support if you feel as if you might need it when telling the other person.I hope it all works out for you,which I am sure it all will.

tell your freind first that is what i did as i crossdress as welland know how hard it can be all so try wearing sarongs in front of them fisrt as they are for men or women and that sould help all so if u go to a sports shop u can get mens bike shorts and tights as wonmen all so wear them my e-mail is skilt21@hotmail.com if what any one to talk to.
There ars all so internet sites that sell skirts for men there is even one in sydney if u are from australia called 21st centry kilts
