Does anyon know how to find a picture on the internet with the file number?

there is a Myspace profile that i think has fake pictures in the profile. I want to know if this person really exist how can I find out if the pictures on the profile are real??????????/

maybe try to see image dimensions and how much is pic in KB. Than, search for that in Google images.

realistically speaking, it's not possible...at least, not easily
