How do i make compressed file for downloading?

you see im trying to get this folder on my comp for download the only problem i cant it only opens and let me select one file. SO i want to use WinRAR to compress it into a unzipped file and put thgat up for download. But i dont know how so you think someone can tell me? thanks in advance

If I'm understanding what you want correctly. What you want to do is put all the files you want compressed into a folder, right click on the folder and select Send To > Compressed (Zipped) Folder
