A military ID is good enough..for the time being. It is a "official document". As far as the non-military members of the family, I think it would be wise to check before going. The military ID will only cover the person whose picture is on the card.

Well is your family in the military or just one of u? It should be recognized for the one it's issued to, but as for anyone else doubtful.

IF YOU HAVE A U.S. PASSPORT OF COURSE IT IS MUCH BETTER.

BUT YES A MILITARY I.D. CARD WORKS VERY WELL CAUSE IT IS FEDERALLY ISSUED AS WELL.

JUST MAKE SURE YOU DON'T GO OVER THERE IN YOUR MILITARY UNIFORM OR SHOW YOUR MILITARY I.D. OVER THERE BECAUSE IT IS ILLEGAL. BUT TO CROSS OVER, YES YOU CAN USE IT.

HAVE LOT'S OF FUN AND TAKE GOOD CARE AND BE ON YOU GUARD OVER THERE IN TIJUANA. NOT EVERYBODY IS FRIENDLLY.
THANK YOU FOR SERVING OUR COUNTRY!!
