You can get cheek augmentations or Collagen injections to give your face that plump full look. There are some downfalls to Collagen injections though. If you have prolonged use of injections your skin may stretch and result in very droopy skin as an elder. Also some destortions or nerve damage can happen is your plastic surgeon makes a mistake. It really boils down to what risks you are willing to take.

I know you can get cheek implants to make your cheeks look more defined.. but i dont thihnk injections cause that would just make them too puffy

I have plastic cheek implants. Ask your doctor to refer you to a plastic surgeon or oral surgeon..
