There are plenty of white guys that like what you like. I'm actually in the EXACT situation you are, but just the opposite.
I am the one who listens to trance and dance and my fiance listens to old school hip hop and underground hip hop. I can't stand it! He is a white boy though, with tattoos and piercings. Taking a glance at him you would think he listens to metal and rock, but no, it's hip hop.
I've learned to live with his music and he's learned to deal with mine. If it really bothers you that much then why don't you break up? I think it's a little silly to break up over something so minor, but if it is a big issue to you then break up.

I don't think you "Love" your boyfriend. If you did, you wouldn't find any excuse possible to bring up that he is white. Why are you fixated on him being white? His likes and dislikes have more to do with "who" he is, than what color he is. I am mixed race, my boyfriend is white. His being white is something that I RARELY think about, so it confuses me on why, if you care for him, do you keep bringing up that point. My boyfriend is open, he will try anything and gets along with everyone, matter of fact, I don't know any white people who aren't open like that. If your boyfriend makes you uncomfortable, its because you aren't a good match. If you can't get over the fact that he is white, maybe you are a little bit of a bigot and you should opt not to date white guys anymore....let me be the first to tell you that they won't miss you.

I would have to say 'yes'. Different people like different things. It also sounds like he is inadvertently forcing what he wants on you and negating how you feel and what your desires are. I would like to know exactly what is educated about techno and trance, and what the message is that they are trying to send in those songs. Aren't those songs and music styles basically repetitive for at least 10 to 15 minutes?. If he cannot be open to what you like, then this may be fair warning to you to either sit him down and talk to him and let him know how you feel, or to begin to look elsewhere to be with someone who is openminded.

You are confused on compatibility.
You need to find someone who is more in line to what you like. leave race out of it.
This guy is not going to make a life with you, you may look good on his arm, but as long as you are with him, he's gonna rule you. infact, I think you made it clear that you are looking for a white guy.
Actually, you pick white guys, because you think you will have a better life than what you had and you try so hard to act like a white girl, but everyone can see that you are not a white girl. But you think you have that white girls roll down, but in essence all white girls are not stupid and that's the roll you are playing, (the stupid white girl). yeah, down south we see it all the time, both black and Hispanic girls, try to act white and the white girls and guys trying to act black. be yourself, make something of yourself, stop being a sex slave. once he's done with you, its over. then he's gonna find that white girl for him and you would just be a memory, then in time you will be nothing, running back to mommy and poppy who will be upset with you, if they are not already.
What you are really looking for is a white boy you can use, with hopes, you want a rich already established white boy.

seems like you're already looking for a replacement. Are you sure it's just the music that's the problem between you two?
Good luck!
