At Spencers last year one of the costumes was a doctors outfit ( for men ) and the jacket had "Gynecologist" stitched on the front, it said something else too, I just remember it being hilarious! They had some other costumes that were equally funny and offensive... I know Spencers is "mainstream" so you run the risk of someone else buying the same costume, but it may be worth stopping in there and taking a look. I also remember a "Condom" costume and i think they even had some Drag Queen ones too. Not very expensive either.

I went to a club once where a guy had on a bathrobe. When he opened it up, there were strings attached to a fake weiner that lifted up in the air... About 3 feet long. Funniest damn thing I ever saw.

how about a hobbit just get you some clothes that look similar and put a gold chain around your neck if your going to be inside go bare footed maybe a wig if your hair is short

You should go as a mummy. How freaky, and you wouldn't even have to talk.
You would need someone to wrap you up though.

I was watching Six Feet Under, and that grim reaper opening looked cool. All it is is a big black robe with a hood to completely cover your face and a sythe.
