Off peak minutes are from 9 PM to 6 AM Monday-Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday and major holidays (New Year's, Fourth of July,Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Labor Day, etc) The hours depend on your service but this gives you a rough idea

Do you mean how much does your ISP (Internet Service Provider) charge you during off-peak hours to get online?) it depends on the contract you have with your Internet Service Provider, look at the bill from your service provider or call them and ask.

Depends on who's your ISP, doesn't it?

And since you haven't given us this little detail, how do you think we can help you?

All the best.
