During special Olympics practice. The volunteers had me do running Long jump or broad jump but not on the run way. It was done on a hardend wet feild. when I did it a fell hard on my tailbone. The following day I looked at it it was blue and purple. It stayed that way for a month and it ocasionaly bothers me when I go for long rides. Did I serouisly hurt myself that day?

Yes.
Seek out a good homeopathic physician.
Homeopathy will help your body heal naturally from the inside out.
It's also very safe.
This form of medicine has been around for over 200 years and is used extensively worldwide.
Even the Queen of England and her family use it.
I've never heard of anyone of them being sick.

I have messed up my tail bone so badly that doctor's have laughed when they see an x-ray of it! I fell roller skating, fell on steps, fell in a hole and hit a hard rock etc...I have shattered my tail bone into 7 pieces.

The problem with tailbones - they can't be set and fixed...time heals and that is about it. Depending on how badly you have hurt the bone - it can hurt years later (mine does and it has been over 15 years since I last damaged it!) from just sitting too long. A doctor can tell you if you chipped it, broke it, or just bruised it. But beyond that...only time will heal it.

Yes you sure could have..............I had a bicycle accident when I was 10-11 years old....I wrecked and flew off the bike and landed on my tailbone........I don't know how but I immediately jumped up and grabbed by toosh,,,boy did it hurt...It did turn black and blue a little, not real bad..........................Years later, when I became pregnant It was discovered that I couldn't deliver naturally because I had a bent tailbone which prevented the passage of delivery by a few centimeters.........just enough that I had to have a C-section.............everything went just fine......I went through many years with no problems except for the first week-or two after I wrecked........then the c-section...(.Good luck to you.Hope you are O.K..)..........It was discovered later that I also have a little bit of curvature of the spine at the top......If b/cause of fall, I don't know....But I have no problems

its not good to hurt a tailbone like that. you should consult a herbalist or homeopath if it causes you any problems or pain.

always eat lots of vitamin C fruit if you get bruising. If i cant get enough fruit i just buy a bottle of vitamin c tablets from the market.
when i had pain in my tailbone i took HORSETAIL TEA i got it from the health foods shop, drink no more than one & a half cups per day, for as long as it takes.

i read of CORAL CALCIUM, it may help your tailbone also
