LoL NO! Marrying an inmate---i'd question your judgement tho! You marry an inmate you will get played....think about it--an ex-con has no money-no home-nothing but the clothes on his back--but you have money-a job-a car- everything a con needs to get his foot back in the door...If this question concerns you..don't do it..you can do better...

If you're seriously even contemplating getting involved with a felon, you really should think about why. You're worth a helluva lot more than some inmate who can't even commit to the law, let alone a marriage. :)

No it does not in the State of Texas. It may improve their chances of parole as they may now have a home to go to and a support person on the outside they can count on..

no , it wont reduce there time .I pray that they are not in for a very long time because its hard on both of you (as you know) no only programs and work/ good time can shorten a sentence.good luck and I wish you both the best
