Flash get doesnt improve your download speed, it simply is a download manager.

To increase your download speed, get a tool called "TCP Optimizer" located here:

http://www.speedguide.net/downloads.php

It changes the MTU size and registry entries for any broadband connection (assuming that you have that type of connection) ie Cable Internet or High Speed DSL.
