Donating points wouldn't be fair. People would get points by doing nothing at all to earn them.

Who wants points that were earned dishonestly?
IF he searches open questins and gets a one word hit like "interview' "dream' or "messenger" he pastes his answer even if it doesnt really apply. Lots of ppl do it, he just doesnt do it very good. But to really make it worse, he also wins a lot of best answers by vote for these poorly pasted answers.
-On a question about "I have an interview at Petsmart tomorrow, how should I dress"
He gives a list of interviewing links, nothing else. There were 54 answers and he got a best answer by voters (3) even though his answer was at the bottom of the 2nd page. I know, because I voted on it and was surprised to find votes on the second page of answers, especially for an answer that was far from the best. Three people read ALL of the answers on the first page and most of the anwsers on the second page and voted for his? Not likely.
-Another question about "a friend closed down his company last year and i have no other way of contacting them.how can i find them"
Gets his answer that was tailored for yahoo people search and then some links. 7 answers, best answer by voters (6)
-"I am asking a quwstion that is yahoo messenger 8 in beta version or complete please tell me so that I downloa"
Uses his "Yahoo messenger version 8 has been found to be giving lot of problems" copied answer and gets 12 votes for it, even wehn someone else give the link to download the software liek the guy asked. ?
-"I don't want my real name"first & Last showing up when I am chatting in a chat room how do I stop this" Someone gave a better anwser but he gets 9 votes to win. ?
-"What does 'add to watch list' mean (box in the upper right corner)?"
Just gives a link with no real answer and gets 7 votes to win. ?
These are only a couple of many examples of getting enough votes to win for not best answers. Sad. Pathetic. Gaming.

I've looked at his answers. He has a stock of prepared answers, and seldom deviates from the ready-made reply. If you look closely, whenever there is a vote for best answer, his answer ALWAYS gets 6 or 7 votes.Looking at the big picture,he could potentially double the person in second by Christmas.
Whether he earned the points legitimately or not, they are his.
He can get a guest spot on Letterman or something.

I think some of these people who have so many points work for yahoo and get paid to sit and answer. I doubt he will give them up.

They should at least let us get a keychain for 5,000 points or something! You know they are making a fortune and it wouldn't hurt them to share a little, lol. Like that would ever happen!
