I like it!
It's unique. Way better than your average John, Jared, or Michael.
Those two names sound good together, too.
I like for a name to be unique and have some actual thought put into it.

By the way, to you others, Phoenix is more than just a city and Lincoln is more than just a car. In fact, Phoenix is rated 4.5 out of 5 stars at babynames.com.

Not sure I would wan't to view my birth as "from the ashes" and what will you call him? Phoe? Lincoln is o.k. Link works, but I would hesitate to saddle a child with Phoenix.
And I have a kid named Brock.
Consider always the cruelty of children and the level of their sense of humor. Give your kid a name that will not get him beat up, but still reflects your opinion of him as a person.

I don't care for it. It is not my business, but children are much happier with traditional sounding names.
