Neither, not our government as a whole. Individually there are some that are have pure intentions, and others that are simply evil.

You need to break that one down into segments.
The executive office at this time would qualify as evil.
The courts as lazy.
Congress as foolish.
The appointees as mainly evil.
The Civil Service more victims than anything.
Ditto the military.
The voters, awakening sheep.

Our government is far from pure.....evil...no...in dire need of an overhall yes...but eveil no...some of the people in it are evil...I say we fire everylast one of em and start anew with new laws and regs on what they can and can;t do

no, i think it's fair and gives us freedom, and our government also helps when there are disasters around the world.
it also depends on who is running our country.
