could i be having implantation bleeding?

im 3 days late for my period. my ovulation day was the 24th. its been 13 days since i did ovulate. have cramping and then the brown spotting with egg-white discharge. could this be implantation bleeding

or is it to late for implantation bleeding to happen i have read some where that you can have it from 12 to 14 dpo. is this true??

Ovulation happens 6-12dpo and is very light pink and only a small amount. You are more likely starting your period. Also, you said you're 3 days late so usually your luteal phase (from ovulation til next period) is only 10 days? If so, then you need to get in touch with your dr as you probably have a luteal phase defect.
