If it makes noise then most likely the rubber line carrying the fluid to the nozzles or nozzle is plugged. To check where the plug is at disconnect the rubber line anywhere between the washer tank and the nozzle if water comes out the rubber line preferably near the nozzle end then your nozzle is likely plugged. To unplug you nozzles just use a sewing needle and a pair of small pliers to stick inside the tiny hole for the nozzle. You may want to empty all your washer fluid, fill with plain water and have some1 press the button while you stick the needle in. I have done this in the pass and has always worked except it may take a while and make you wet. Besure to have some1 press the button while your inserting the needle so that the pressure can force out any dirt. Hope this helps

If you have two jets and neither work it is most likely the pump seal itself...
If just one is blocked or you only have one central jet.
You probably have a blockage. Open the bonnet and disconnect the rubber tubing that leads from the nozzles to the feeder bottles, take it inside soak it in warm soapy water. Go outside and poke a pin or fuse wire through the jet holes. Get the hosing, rinse the soap of, (this prevents the hose slipping off later), put it back on.

I'd look at the nozzle of the washers too. They maybe blocked. I'd clean these out with a sharp needle.
Then flush the whole system with hot water and a little detergent. Washing up liquid is good if you don't mind the bubbles but a generic screenwash solution from a car spares store would work better.

LIFT THE HOOD AND UNDO THE HOSE FROM THE THE SQUIRTER THEN HIT THE BUTTON IF FLUID COMES OUT THEN THE PROBLEM IS IN THE SQUIRTER USE SOME KIND OF A SMALL NEELDE OR SUCH AND CLEAN IT OUT OUT BE CAREFUL NOT TO BREAK THE NEELDE OR PIN OFF IN THE SQUIRTER RECONECT AND TRY AGAIN MAY TAKE MORE THAN ONE TIME TO DO THIS. MAY ALSO POSSIBLY USE AIR FROM UNDER THE HOOD WITH THE HOSE DISCONNECTED TO CLEAN IT OUT

Poke the wee holes out with a very fine needle as they are probably blocked, especially if you live in a hard water area.

put it in a flask or coloured bottle and sneak it past security, but why woud you want to take your screen wash to work and if so is there a screen wash ban at work.
