You mean the History.
In your Internet Explorer, go to Tools and click on it.
Go to Internet Options in the drop down menu and click on it.
Go to the line that says "Delete History" towards the bottom and click on it. All the urls that had been stored will disappear.
You might also want to "Delete Cookie" and "Delete Files" and click a tick mark into "Delete all offline content" and click OK.
Don't forget to clcick "Apply" and "OK" before you close this window.
All the best.
Cheers

Tools, Internet Options, under Temporary Internet Files, click "delete cookies" and "delete files". Then under History, click "clear history". You should do this periodically.
