I didn't change anything and have even bought a new burner but still cannot burn DVD. Its not copyprotection problem, I can get around that ;). Using 1 Click Copy. No problem for 3 years and now I can't access that drive.

try dumping then redownloading the driver.

If you changed nothing, no software changes or no changes in the brand of media (that can make a difference) I would have to say most likely your DVD burning laser is broken. The drive uses different lasers for burning DVDs and CDs, hence the reason it burns CDs but not DVDs

maybe you should try cleaning it or take it to the pc club there always good.
