What about a vampire, Just barrow a black suit with a white shirt.
All you need to buy is the vampire teeth. No more then $1.00,
and fake blood, no more then $1 to $2.00. And there you go.
Just grease your hair back and whoa la. Oh and don't forget to
get the Halloween make-up to put on white stuff all over your face,
before you put on the blood. You got to make it look good.

Grab a sheet out of the closet and wrap yourself up in it and go as a toga party animal. Cost is Nothing and when your done you still have your costume to sleep on till next year.

Raid your sisters or mothers closet and go as a chick. I crack up when I see a guy on halloween trying to walk in heels.

Dress like a hippy, hobo, punk---these things can easily be done with what is in your closet, or parents and friends with little money to spend on accessories! Have fun!!

i went as a pregnant cat one time ....all you need is a bit of fake fur for a tail and the ears and baby bottle nipples .... i actually won a costume contest for it. good luck
